Before we had our first presentation in the United States we had Sunday in Vancouver the capital of British Columbia located on the southwest Canadian coast. It is a multinational city that has that rocky mountain flair being that it is surrounded by snowy mountains. There is also a port and the city wraps itself around the Vancouver Harbor. The population here is well over 600,000 people where they live in the very nice modern city center. We entered the former 2010 Winter Olympic Games city with some surprise as we saw the cherry blossom trees blooming. It felt like a welcome festival compared to the frozen tundra further north and it was nice to see that spring was in full bloom. Stanley Park, a nice peninsula made it possible to have a panoramic view of the harbor and skyline which allowed us to take stop and take some nice photos. We also saw some sulfur possibly from the train we saw earlier on the road in the port on a carrier. We enjoyed our time in Vancouver and prepared for the next stage in the lower 48 states the next stage of our tour.
